Scene Lane runs between Quay Street and Customs Street East, behind Britomart Car Park. Look for the Scene Two building and the JOIE floral logo at number 18 — we’re unit 2. Approximate walking times:

Short on time? What fits in an hour
- Regular polish pedicure — about 35 minutes, $55.
- Gel pedicure — about 45 minutes, $65. Gel lasts up to 3–4 weeks on toes, so it will outlast your trip.
- Gel / Shellac manicure — $55, glossy for 2–3 weeks.
- Brows — shaping $25, shaping & tinting $40.
A new Gel X or Builder Gel (BIAB) set takes 60–90 minutes; an infill 45–75 minutes. Want nails and toes done at the same time? Ask when you book and we’ll roster two technicians so you finish in about half the time.
Travelling with a set from another salon?
We do infills on existing Gel X, Builder Gel and SNS, and removals from other salons — add “Removal & Tidy” to your booking so we allow enough time. Every gel-based service comes with our 7-day care promise: if it chips or lifts within 7 days, come back and we’ll fix it free.

Yes — walk-ins are welcome whenever a technician is free. For a guaranteed time, book on Fresha; it shows live availability, including same-day.
How far is Joie from the cruise ship terminal?
About 5 minutes on foot from Queens Wharf (Shed 10) and about 10 minutes from Princes Wharf. Walk up Quay Street towards Britomart; Scene Lane is just behind Britomart Car Park.
Are you open on Sundays and public holidays?
We’re open 7 days: Monday to Saturday 9:30am–7pm and Sunday 10am–6pm. Holiday hours may vary — Fresha always shows live availability.
